Automation of weirs, pump stations, control locks, detention and settling tanks and overflows is a prerequisite for adequate management of waste water, surface/storm water and potable water.
H2gO is an open telemetry system which can be implemented as a shell over existing (IT) infrastructures connecting with the existing plants, machines, measuring equipment and (SCADA) systems. Therefore there is no need to invest in new infrastructures making H2gO cost-effective and efficient. H2gO focuses on the monitoring, control and management of the following objects: Surface and storm water pump stations, weirs, control locks, weather stations, bridges Waste water waste water treatment plants, pressure pipe systems, overflows, detention and settling tanks, gravity sewerage systems Groundwater monitoring wells Potable water treatment plants
H2gO allows our clients also to interface with multiple SCADA systems - which are monitoring and controlling water infrastructure processes within a certain area -, query data from these systems, process, store and visualise this data. This way H2gO is not utilised for operational management but performs as a dashboard/grid manager for larger water authorities.
